Golden California Property Management is owned and operated by Manuel Marquez and Cuthberto Ramos. Manuel became a Realtor in 1995, while Cuthberto has worked as a NMLS Mortgage Banker since 2000. Both work as full time investors, developing, holding and selling real estate investments with a long record of success.
Today they offer their services as property managers, asset mangers and private money managers to clients interested in Southern California rental investments. From new investors to experienced veterans, they customize their services to fit the needs of the client.
